Flip & Sew Placemats
This is a great modified quilt as you go project. There are two layouts to choose from, both utilizing a feature fabric and an assortment of 2 1/2” strips. We will be using the fold over binding technique, allowing for a quick yet polished finish.

About the event
We will make two placemats in class using either the horizontal or vertical placement, your choice. This is also a great stash buster as you only need nine 2" x 18" strips plus accent fabric for the vertical and twelve 2" x 16" strips for the horizontal design.
You may purchase a project pack of soft and stable from by Annie (available when you purchase tickets to the class) which includes four precut pieces for the placemats.
