This is a nice project that I have made many times. Add a gift card and they make excellent gifts. I have made several to organize my work vs home bags. They are both quick and useful and they can be personalized with the addition of a decorative button.

One fat quarter will make two wallets If you choose contrasting fabrics, which I recommend, then you can make four from two fat quarters. We will make two in class.

Two fat quarters (from coordinating fabrics) or ¼ yard fabric total, two coordinating fabrics offers a nicer finished look..
Velcro - either ½” of sew-in or “Fusion” Don’t buy the stick on. The iron on fabric fusible (fusion) works well.
Thread for piecing and matching thread for top stitching
